How does nutritional therapy work?

Nutritional therapy recognises that we are all unique and it takes into account of our genetic predisposition, individual consitutition and applies nutrigenomic priciples. Each therapy session will be costomised specifically for each individual.

A treatment plan will be tailer made for you based on your personal background, unique predisposition, work/life balance and health conditions. A variety of clinical diagnostic tools will be used during your consultation such as pulse taking, tongue and nail diagnosis. the therapist will then will provide you a 'whole system' approach in that you will not only be given advices on nutrition, lifestyle changes, but also offer recommendations as to how to avoid allergens to help digestion and receding toxicity.
